"
T/o 2112 - Tempsford, similarly tasked. While trying to establish a pinpoint between Boulogne and St-Pol, the Lancaster was hit by flak and crashed in Terramesnil (Somme), 6 km SSE of Doullens. The two airmen who died are buried in Terramesnil communal Cemetery. In captivity Sgt WILTSHIRE exchanged identity at Oschaltz with Pte F Taphouse."
